Asset
Integrity Solutions
Woodhill Frontier's Asset Integrity group was
established to enable the delivery of Asset
Integrity Analysis and management services, to
maintain, improve and optimise the performance
of new and existing assets.
Woodhill Frontier's approach is to employ
collaborative working arrangements, recognising
that different skills and experience can reside
within different organisation, and that the best
team for any piece of work may require a mix of
skills and experience. In particular, it
is important to merge asset integrity analysis
with logistics implementation skills and to
underpin these with operations and asset
management experience.
This approach is the key differentiator
between Woodhill Frontier and competing
organisations, in that a spread of expertise can
be delivered by combining appropriate skills
with operations and asset integrity management
experience, as well as engineering and design
skills within our Facilities and Process
Engineering Group. This approach can be
applied to new and existing facilities.
Asset Integrity Consultancy for New
Facilities
Deliver expertise to
optimise the integrity of new facilities,
such that efficient, flexible and cost effective
integrity management strategies are
developed. Ensure integrity management
strategies are consistent with achieving maximum
facility uptime.
Asset Integrity Consultancy for
Existing Facilities
We deliver
expertise to review and test the effectiveness
of existing integrity management strategies and
schedules.
We develop integrity management strategies
consistent with new modes of operation (e.g.
down-manned facilities, lighthouse mode
operation, decommissioning).
We minimise downtime and costs directly
attributable to excess integrity management
burdens, consistent with the achievement of H, S
& E goals.
Spare part management and selection is
performed in line with equipment criticality and
operations assessments.
We perform reliability studies providing
improvement of operational and maintenance
processes, decreasing costs and optimising plant
availability by means of both generic and
equipment specific reliability studies.
Frontier achieves this by using recognised
industry models and combining this with their
extensive hands on operational resources and
experience. This includes:
- Reliability and maintenance studies
- RAM Modelling and Analysis
- FMECA / FCA
- Fault Tree Analysis
- Analysis of Failure Data and History Records
- Root Cause Analysis
- Spares Studies and Philosophies
- Reliability Centred Maintenance
- Life Cycle Costing
- Risk Identification
- Design Optimisation
